Yoga teaches us to notice and to understand our body, our breath and our mind better. Developed in India as a way to find relaxation and self-realisation, it is an opportunity to get in contact with ourselves.
In my classes, we learn to do Asanas (body-exercises) in a harmonious and careful way. We don´t need any special abilities, everybody can start like he or she is now. The experiences which we have during the lessons can be integrated more and more into our day-to day life.
Meditation is a part of the lessons I teach. It helps us to find a clearer and more relaxed mind and to see ourselves, others and life-circumstances in different light.
With Yoga we improve our health and well-being and gain easier access to our own qualities like calmness, joy, sensitivity, power and peace.|
