New morning class
In May openes a new dance studio in the center of Prague. (www.studioelement.webnode.cz)
The adress is Opletalova 27, 110 00 Prague 1 (in the backyard).
On Tuesday, 15.5.2012 starts a new morning Yoga class over there. The class will be from 10.00 - 11.30 h . Beginners and also progressed students are welcome in this class.
The costs are 1600.- Kč for 7 lessons (15.05. - 26.06).
All conditions for the registration are the same as for the classes in the Family Center Letna.

Pranayama Study Group 2011/2012
This group is a special offer for all students who already took part in the last year's goup or have practiced yoga for some time already and who are interested in deepening their experiences with breathing exercises and meditation. We will learn breathing exercises and deepen the breathing techniques in this year-long-course, practice them and, through this work, intensify also our meditation.Additionally, the course will assist students to better understand and personally connect with the yogic tradition and the philosophy of yoga. As a guest teacher, Steffen Böhme will teach a part of the theory and practice. Steffen is a yoga teacher from Germany, who also takes part in the further education course with Dr. Shrikrishna Bhushan Tengshe. He has practised pranayama for many years.
Some regular practice at home is desirable for all students, to deepen the learning experience.
The course starts with an intensive weekend in September and ends with a weekend in June next year. There will be eight 3-hour classes over the period of a year, ending in summer 2012.
